What is Atana Women?

Atana women is a subsidiary of the Atana Enterprise and Atana Foundation. The Atana Women brand currently hosts two communities namely Atana Women and the Atana Women Hive. These communities are for women run by women and caters to all things that affect women in their life’s journey.

Where are you located ?

We are a global community. Though our physical offices are in London Uk and Accra Ghana. We provide a number of physical meet- ups in various locations. See our website for our next event and location.

How do I become a member?

You can join our Atana Women Hive by completing the membership form. Simply select your membership length, complete the membership form and make the associated membership payment. One of our team members will get in touch and onboard you.

What are the benefits to becoming a member ?

Atana women offer its members a sense of belonging. An opportunity for growth, learning and development through its many expert sessions; and a chance to network with other women across the globe.

I am a mother but I don’t have a recommendation. Can I still join atana mums ?

Atana Mum membership is by recommendation only; however as a mother you can still join Atana Women Hive and have an opportunity to transfer to Atana Mums after 3 months.

What is the price of membership?

Membership pricing differs depending on which community you are joining and how many years membership you select. Check our membership page for specific pricing details

How long does a membership last?

Our Atana Mum membership is 1 year. Our atana women Hive membership is either 1 year or 2 years. However, should you wish to end your membership sooner you are able to do so by informing the atana team in writing. Please note that membership fees are non refundable.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

Once your membership starts you can’t get a refund for any payments you’ve already made. If you no longer wish to be a member, you can end your membership with us You will continue to have access to membership perks until the end of your membership period you have paid for.

What is your return policy

We are unable to accept any returns or make any refunds on products bought unless the item arrives faulty. In this case we are able to replace the product for you. Please note we are unable to accept any returns or refunds on our face masks

Can I change my address once the order has been placed?

You are able to change address details within 24 hours of order being placed

Can I cancel my order once the order has been placed?

We accept cancellations if done within 24 hours of purchase.

Where do you deliver to?

We are currently able to deliver our items within the UK, Europe, USA and Ghana. If you are outside any of these regions get in touch with us for more details.

Events

What events do you hold throughout the year?

Currently we hold 2 annual events: our atana women’s conference and our Atana Women Retreat. We also have a number of in-country meet ups and online events throughout the year. You will find more details on our upcoming events on our events page.

Where do your events take place?

Currently our annual atana womens conference and retreat take place in Ghana and our in-country meet-ups take place in Ghana and the UK. Our virtual events are accessible to all globally. We are also looking to expand our in-country meet-ups to more countries.

How can I book myself onto the next atana event?

This can be done on our events page on the website. Once we have an event coming up, you will be able to select the event and make your booking to attend

Mentorship

How can I book myself onto a mentorship program?

You can book onto our mentorship program by completing the form on our mentorship page. Once the form has been completed and payment has been made our team will match you to a suitable mentor for the subject requested.

What is the price of mentorship?

Our mentorship price varies depending on how many programs you are booking. Check the mentorship page for specific pricing details.

How can I sign up to be a mentor?

If you have a specific area of expertise and you are able to carefully nurture others we would love to hear from you. You can complete our mentor request form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

What do I do if I have an issue with my mentorship program?

Our mentorship programmes are carefully curated to ensure each mentee’s needs are suitably assessed and addressed, however should you not be satisfied with your sessions or should you encounter any issues during your sessions then kindly get in touch with our Atana team and we will try to resolve as quickly as possible

Can I select more than one program?

Yes, you are able to book a maximum of 5 programmes at a time. However to ensure maximum success and sufficient dedication to each program, you may not have all programmes running concurrently.

How do I join the atana business directory?

We offer all members with businesses the opportunity to join our atana PYO for a small fee. We extend this offer to some non-Atana members businesses also. Should you wish to join our PYO complete our contact form and a member of our team will be in touch

How do I become a vendor at your next Atana Women event?

Our annual events do have vendor opportunities. If you wish to become a vendor at our next event kindly complete our contact form and a member of our team will get in touch

Can my business come on board as a sponsor for your next event?

We are always open to sponsorship partners for our annual events. If you would be interested in sponsoring our next event then kindly reach out to us for further discussions

Is it safe to insert my payment details?

We don’t store any of your payment details on the website. All our payments are handled by our payment processing companies Stripe and Express Pay. For more information, you can read up on their policies.

ATANA GROUP MENTORSHIP

Our Atana Group Mentorship is perfect for people seeking growth and development. Mentees will not only benefit from their mentor, but also from other mentees. Our group mentorship allows multiple level exposure of expertise and gives access to greater diversity. It is ideal for those who wish to learn and develop with the support of their peers for the mentorship journey. We recognise that the need for mentorship for every individual may be quite different and budgets may not be the same. Our group mentorship makes it possible for you to collectively pool your resources together for a more affordable but equally quality beneficial mentorship experience.

How it works

Our course consists of a 4-week virtual mentoring combined with self-assessment assignment and guided introspection. Participants will have ample opportunity to ask questions and have limited one-on-one interaction and assessment with their mentor to address their individual needs.

How to apply

  • Step 1 – gather up to 5 friends with the same mentorship interest
  • Step 2 – complete the group mentorship form with all participants details
  • Step 3 – ensure all group members are available for reoccurring mentorship day selected for the 4 week duration
  • Step 4 – make payment for your mentorship
Once you have completed the steps above you will be contacted by the Atana team with acceptance confirmation and start dates.
